Much loved duo, Shaxe Khumalo and Helen Namponya \u2013 popularly known as Ms Helen \u2013 are expected to return with The Shaxe & Helen Show on 31 March 2019 after a yearlong hiatus.<\/p>\n
The pair confirmed the news with Ms Helen saying, \u201cWe\u2019re excited to be back and to
\nonce again have a platform to talk about the newsmakers, the successes, the drama
\nand the controversies of our province. It\u2019s also quite exciting to think about the
\nperformers that we\u2019ll be closing each show with.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Shaxe & Helen Show will take the form of a 30 minute urban entertainment and social commentary show with Free State primary content and national and\/or international content being secondary. The show will air via Facebook Live, a Facebook feature which allows for the broadcast of real-time video with
\nbroadcasters able to engage their audiences during broadcasts.<\/p>\n
Shaxe shared, \u201cOur return is overdue. We debuted in April 2017 and took a bit of a break at the end of that year to pursue our individual interests but we have since regrouped and composed a solid team. We are definitely looking forward to those \u201cno holds barred conversations we\u2019re known for.”<\/p>\n
